  • Leads the firm's overall vision and strategy, overseeing acquisitions, underwriting, capital structure, design direction, and construction execution across the full development lifecycle.

• Mariana Calle — Operations:

  • Keeps the platform running smoothly by managing internal coordination, project logistics, and executive operations — ensuring the leadership team stays focused and every moving part stays aligned.

• Eric Yang, CPA — Controller:

  • Oversees accounting, financial reporting, and project cost controls, providing investor-level transparency and financial discipline across the portfolio.

• Matthew Isackson — Design & Construction Management:

  • Works across creative direction and construction execution, supporting interior design, material sourcing, and project coordination from concept through completion.

• Isaiah Freedman — Business Development & Project Management:

  • Drives new contracting opportunities through referrals and relationship-building while supporting active project coordination — bringing a detail-oriented, hands-on approach to both pipeline growth and on-the-ground execution.
